- Possesses the required Functional knowledge to create specification , RTM & BRD in Insurance Domain.
- Should be able to translate client requirements into Business application requirement.
- Very Good Analytical Skills.
- Should be very well averse with Life Insurance.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
Technical/Functional Skills
- Requirement Gathering , Software testing
- Life/General Insurance
- Business design /System testing , Root Cause analysis (RCA)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Self-Motivated and quick leaner.
- MBA/BTECH (not later than 2018)
- Any Insurance certifications desirable
- Fresher (not later than 2018)
