Basic Function

MIS provides its stakeholders with regular timely and accurate updates, statistical analysis and management reporting. Negotiates with vendors, Empanelling vendors and getting information/ updates from the various vendors. Helping in Recruitment vendor payment settlement and account reconciliation, maintaining Recruitment material inventory, end to end requisition management and coordination with various stakeholders within origination. Publishing regular dashboards other important data.

Essential Functions

  • Dashboard reporting
  • Maintenance of the master database
  • Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, including reports from across all corporate systems
  • To work proactively with colleagues across the team taking the initiative to resolve issues
  • Develop and implement an internal audit process which regularly monitors the accuracy and hygiene of the learner and course data, and which reports regularly to senior managers
Commercial Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Coordinating with the vendor for one or more information:
  • Vendor empanelment along with closure of NDAs and contracts:
  • Raising requisitions and getting purchase orders created through commercial:
  • Accruing the cost in respective months:
  • Ensuring that proper payment procedures are followed and payments to the vendor are released on time:
  • Creation of reports and trackers on weekly, monthly and yearly basis (like budget, expenditure, training trackers, etc.)
  • Overall governance of rules and regulations within the team
