: Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending air and hotel bookings made using Online portal. The incumbent will be part of GTSC & shall be responsible for Global Front Office process. o Should not have a gap of more than 6 months from last employment o The incumbent shall ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be quality conscious. o The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer's requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work at all times. o The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn. o The incumbent should have an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls
