We are seeking talented and self-motivated candidate who is keen to learn and deliver on Banking Fraud Detection and Investigations. Our candidate will be responsible to review customer's banking account transaction history and identify unusual trend, suspicious activity to save our customer from any fraudulent activity.
Responsibilities

• Conduct account reviews to identify and investigate unusual activity on customer's bank account / loan account / credit card.
• Analyzes and reviews potentially fraudulent activity, to ensure minimal loss to the organization.
• Interacts with customers, as needed, who are reporting fraudulent activity to gather additional details required to investigate the case further.

Shift Timings

• Should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment, five days a week
