Role & responsibilities

Monthly material planning & internal & external coordination Managing multiple Suppliers / vendors, order management, timely entry of POs / SOs the order to suppliers. Coordination with Sales team for procurement / purchase requirements and sharing updates. Getting order acknowledgement from supplier. Negotiating Inco-terms with suppliers and keeping record of shipment pickup and custom clearance. Monitoring PO backlog and delivery schedules. Pull-in / Push-out of material. Inventory management

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience of 4 plus years are required.

- Preferred to have worked on SAP.

-Should have hands-on experience in Imports / Procurement and ERP environment

-Should have some knowledge about Import duty structure, Local tax structure, Freight forwarding etc.

-Smart and active executive with good communication skills and positive attitude.

-Very good at MS office (

especially in MS Excel

). Working knowledge of other tools MS Visio will be an added advantage.

-Good at data analysis and data presentation using trend charts, graphs, and other analytical tools.

Qualification: Any graduate
