Job Description

Role Purpose

The Executive - Projects will be responsible for

end-to-end execution of branding and retail projects

including civil coordination, fabrication supervision, and on-site implementation. The role requires a

hands-on execution mindset

, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple on-ground activities in line with brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Execute

BTL branding, retail branding, signage, kiosks, activations, and fit-out projects

on-site. Supervise civil, fabrication, electrical, and installation activities at project locations. Ensure execution as per

approved drawings, layouts, BOQs, and brand guidelines

. Coordinate with site vendors, fabricators, installers, and contractors for smooth execution.

Coordination & Internal Alignment

Coordinate with

design, planning, and procurement teams

for drawings, material readiness, and execution feasibility. Share regular project updates, site reports, and execution status with Project Managers. Support senior team members in

rollouts and multi-location projects

Quality, Timelines & Compliance

Monitor quality standards, finishing, and workmanship during execution. Ensure adherence to project timelines and escalate risks or delays proactively. Ensure site safety norms and basic compliance during execution.

Vendor & Material Handling

Assist in vendor coordination, material dispatches, site deliveries, and installations. Verify material quantities at site and report discrepancies, if any. Support measurement verification and closure documentation post execution.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory) Candidates from

BTL advertising, retail branding, interiors, fabrication, or fit-out industry with experience of 6 months-1 year preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

civil execution, fabrication processes, and site coordination

Ability to read and interpret

drawings, layouts, and execution plans

Good coordination skills Practical, solution-oriented approach to on-ground challenges Comfortable working in

fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

? Background in

BTL Advertising / Retail Branding / Experiential / Fit-out agencies

? Hands-on site execution experience
? Comfortable managing multiple vendors and locations
