Process Coordinator



Job brief:



Her job will be to follow up with everyone to get the work done. In all the

systems that get created during the Workshop.

Fresher or 1/2 years of experience as a coordinator.

Female preferred.

Working knowledge of Excel.

No Experience in your domain e.g. Manufacturing, Trading etc.

Living 45 mins traveling time from the office.

Key Responsibilities



Process Management:



Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor workflow, and ensure processes align with established standards and goals.

Inter-Departmental Liaison:



Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Process Improvement:



Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain accurate records, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and prepare reports on process performance, issues, and improvements.

Issue Resolution:



Address and resolve issues that arise during daily operations, escalating complex problems when necessary.

Compliance:



Ensure that all processes and activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Training & Support:



Provide training and support to team members to ensure they understand and can effectively follow the processes.

Performance Tracking

:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess efficiency and identify areas for correction or improvement.

Required Skills



Communication:



Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.

Analytical & Problem-Solving:



Ability to analyze processes, identify issues, and develop solutions.

Organizational Skills:



Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and documentation accurately.

Attention to Detail:



Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in process execution and documentation.

Collaboration:



Ability to work effectively with different teams and individuals to achieve common goals.

Technical Proficiency:



Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and potentially specialized process management tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
