Purpose of the Job

: Responsible for to maximize and accelerate the key manufacturing objectives through innovative manufacturing practices and process

Major Responsibilities

:


To lead shift operation of production process

To coordinate the materials and manpower in the shift operations and to achieve the targets

To achieve the objectives of Business Unit through innovative Production methods

Deploy modern manufacturing practices/tools to achieve throughput efficiency and optimum productivity

Maintain Machine health in show room condition by deploying high standards of Plant maintenance

Deploy Quality management tools for problem solving and ensure high process capability

Show strong team leadership and ensure professional transaction with reportees , peers and SMT members

To Train New TMT in respective BU

Skills

:


Experience in Plant Maintenance / Project Implementation

Exposure to Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical drives

Knowledge on TPM concepts

Troubleshooting skills

Exposure to SAP is desirable

Relevant Experience

: 4 - 6 Years

Education Qualification(s)

: BE MECH / PROD / Any Engineering
