POSITION TITLE: Executive/Sr. Executive-MFD CADRE / BAND: O1/14/13 DIVISION / DEPARTMENT/ FUNCTION: MFD / MFG/(MIS) LOCATION: Position Based REPORTING TO: Band 15 and above/ Band 14 and above POSITION REPORTING TO THIS ONE: Position based. JOB NUMBER: DATE: 2023 PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: The role primarily focuses on operations, with a key emphasis on managing Management Information Systems (MIS) related to manufacturing activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ₹ Oversee the management and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) related to operations. ? Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of packing data, including quantities, quality parameters, and production timelines. ? Generate regular reports and analyses based on MIS data to support decision-making processes within the department. ? Execute operations efficiently according to established guidelines and procedures. ? Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. ? Support the implementation of new technologies or methodologies to improve manufacturing operations. ? Provide suggestions and feedback for optimizing packing procedures, equipment, and workflows. ? Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times. ? Accurately input and validate production and packing data. ? Generate regular reports based on MIS data. ? Monitor and troubleshoot MIS technical issues. ? Maintain system security and perform regular backups. ? Collaborate with production teams to ensure data accuracy.
