1. Execute Preventive and predictive maintenance jobs

2. Perform Why Why Analysis and avoid repetitive failures

3. Arrange proper space for material / spares storage.

4. Grievance handling of subordinates

5. Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines

6. Carry out condition monitoring

7. Plan and implement energy conservation projects

8. Co-ordinate with production,Planning and Technical department for streamlining work flow

9. Plan and execute Improvement/refurbishment plans

10. Maintain discipline in the shop floor

11. Provide training to workmen

12. Manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone

13. Achieve profit centre norms

14. Spares management

15. Man management of maintenance crew

16. Implementation of project and modernisation activities..

17.Maintenance of material handling equipments(MHE's) and lifting equipments across the plant

18.Processing of purchase as well as service quotations

19.IMS documentation

Authorities:-



To stop/correct the machine in case of abnormalities like vibration,sound,leaks etc

To stop/correct the work if a safety risk is involved

To report any other abnormality or near miss seen inside the plant

PM postponement

PM rescheduling

Approval of machine specifications

Graduate/Postgraduate



Experience:- 3 to 5 Years
