Purpose of the Job

:

To maintain the designated area with legal and statutory compliance To Maintain all the records and plant maintenance systems To identify spares and repair requirement for the designated area Equipment skills- On hand experience of maintaining MHE, Lifts, Jacks, Jumbo, BOPT etc.

Major Responsibilities

:

Planning ,Maintenance & Execution of CAPEX projects. In house development & Execution of small improvement jobs, Fabrication related activities. SAP & Computer basic, Knowledge of EMS & OHSAS,5S and Basic documentation. Spare management, Planning related to Material handling equipment-Hoists, Lifting tools and tackles, Manual operated chain blocks and trolleys. Material handling equipment repair and reconditioning- Leaf trucks, Cut ply trolleys, Jumbos, BOPT, Gree tyre trolley, Manual Hydraulic jacks, Lifts Line up and handling jobs related- Traditional Lathes, Shaping machine, Milling machine,Grinders,Welding and cutting machines Knowledge of Thermodynamic concepts, Fits-Tolerances and basic maintenance practices.To attain the breakdown maintenance To train and drive the maintenance team on day to day function
