2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute robust marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration for our industrial raw materials.
Direct Sales Leadership:
Directly engage with key high-value customers and corporate accounts to close deals and build long-term business partnerships.
Market Expansion:
Identify and tap into new market segments and geographical territories across the
All-India
region.
Revenue Accountability:
Take full ownership of sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and contribution to the company's bottom line.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Oversee the maintenance of strong relationships with existing industrial clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Gender/Age:
Male candidates, aged between
35 to 40 years
.
Experience:
Minimum
5 to 7 years
of solid experience in marketing or sales of
Industrial Products
. (Specific experience in Rubber, Plastics, or Chemical sectors is highly desirable).
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Professional degrees in Marketing or Business Management are a plus).
Leadership Skills:
Proven track record of managing a team and achieving collective targets.
Communication:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Travel:
Willingness to travel across India as required by the business.
