Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell hospital services, including diagnostic, surgical, outpatient, and wellness packages. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare providers.

2. Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, etc

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and key decision-makers.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

5. Organize and participate in health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital services, medical specialties, and new offerings.

7. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and administration) to ensure smooth service delivery.

8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

9. Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

10. Department specific promotion plans to achieve the budgeted footfalls and conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,500.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
