Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VMS or Surveillance Solution Sales, strong technical understanding, and a proven ability to drive business growth through consultative selling.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.- Manage channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise clients.- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposals.- Handle tenders, RFPs, and pricing negotiations.- Maintain an accurate sales funnel and CRM updates.- Stay informed on competitor products, technologies, and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field; MBA preferred.- Minimum 3 years of experience in VMS, CCTV, or Security Solution Sales.- Good understanding of IP-based surveillance, networking, and integration with analytics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- Willingness to travel.Compensation:CTC: Fixed +Incentives: Attractive performance-based rewards (ref:updazz.com)
