Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow export business in target markets (USA, Europe, SEA, MENA, etc.)- Identify and onboard international buyers, distributors, and trading partners- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close export orders- Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for logistics, documentation, and order execution- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business- Manage the entire export sales lifecycle: inquiry - quotation - negotiation - shipment - payment- Stay updated on international trade regulations, Incoterms, LC, and payment methods- Represent the company in virtual and physical international trade events, exhibitions, and B2B meets- Maintain CRM systems and sales reports for performance trackingKey Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in export sales, preferably in yarn, fiber, metal, or chemicals- Sound knowledge of international trade procedures, documentation, and compliance- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Familiarity with trade finance instruments like LCs, BRCs, BGs- Proficient in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus)- Willingness to travel internationally as requiredWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary package + performance-based incentives- Business travel opportunities- Exposure to global trading markets and decision-making roles- Supportive and fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment (ref:updazz.com)
