Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

B2B marketing strategies

for industrial and engineering products.

Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Collaborate with R&D/Engineering teams to align product positioning with market needs.

Manage

trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

to enhance brand presence.

Build and maintain strong

B2B client relationships

, ensuring technical and commercial requirements are met.

Core Skills



Strong understanding of

mechanical systems, industrial applications, and product lifecycle

.

Expertise in

B2B marketing, technical sales, and business development

.

Excellent

communication and negotiation

skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to

translate engineering specifications into client-centric solutions

.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office.

Qualifications



B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related specialization (preferred).

2-4 years of experience in

B2B Marketing/Business Development

in engineering industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
