KRA
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Conduct employee induction and maintain joining formalities.
Attendance, payroll and Workforce Administration
Maintain biometric attendance and update weekly attendance reports.
Coordinate with production supervisors on absenteeism and manpower planning
Support monthly payroll inputs-attendance, leave, OT, late marks etc.
Ensure proper documentation of worker shifts, OT records, and compliance
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure statutory compliance related documentation
Maintain personal files, HR reports, HR database accuracy.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Resolve employee queries and bring issues to HR Manager for quick resolution.
Support welfare activities- canteen, uniforms, ID cards, safety gear distribution.
Organize engagement activities, celebrations, training sessions
IT Administrative Support
Coordination with IT vendors for software installation, repairs, AMC and service calls.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP/ production software used in manufacturing
Create and manage official email IDs and ERP access for employees.
Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops,UPS,printers, biometric devices)
Maintain biometric attendance systems
Support senior management in scheduling meetings ,booking tickets, documentation and reporting.
Maintain stock of stationery, ID cards, PPE kits, and general admin supplies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Proficient in Excel, MS Office
Ability to multi task and handle workforce pressure
Strong follow-up and problem-solving attitude
Graduate in HR, Business administration or related field
1-2 years
of experience in
HR/Admin
; preferably in manufacturing or apparel industry.
Exposure in admin coordination is desirable.
