Within Office: - Recruitment of personnel as per prepared in consultation with the Management. Joining Formalities. Maintaining Employee Records. Monitoring the performance scorecards of personnel based on day to day reporting matrices. Employee motivation including counselling with employees for performance improvements Building / maintaining organization culture. Development and maintenance of personnel policies. Assisting in change management initiatives. Compliance to legal requirements and handling disciplinary actions. Executive Assistance to the Top Management in their activities Documentation support for our consulting activities
At client locations: - Review and consultation on the organization chart/s. Mapping the responsibilities of the personnel with the organization processes. Assist in developing & monitoring for measurable KPIs. Page 2 of 2 Assist in development / implementation of the performance scorecards based on Balanced Scorecard model, as per requirement vide client scope of work. Assist in developing and maintaining of competence mapping matrices.
