Role
Responsible for Spare Parts & Accessories Market demand fulfilment (Global & Domestic), Supplier Management, Supplier Q-C-D-M improvements, Inventory Control, Cost Effectiveness- Packaging, SOB compliance and Procurement process excellence.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Monthly & Daily Schedule Planning
- Critical Parts procurement - VOR, Global Business Requirement, Premium Models, Newly launched Models
- Digitise Supply Chain Information- WMS barcode, Invoice Bar Code, Auto Schedule Preparation & Communication Process
- Reverse Logistics of Rejected Material & Empty bins
- SOB Compliance, Effective 3PL Trips Utilisation
- Self-Development Trainings, Supplier Visits to improve Service ratio, Quality improvement, MIS & Data Analytics driven action plan
A Day in the life
PO follow-ups/Capacity alignment / Availability of RM
Monitoring progress against annual Business Plan, Demand Fluctuation, Projection Vs Schedule fluctuation
Process & Quality Improvements
To communicate & fulfil HMCL requirement
For Logistics arrangement & deployment
Academic Qualification & Experience

• Essential: B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Production Engg.
• Desired: PG Diploma in Material Management or MBA
• 4-6 Years in Supply Chain with Automobile Industry
