Role
As the EXECUTIVE-GLOBAL SYSTEMS & PROCESSES you will be part of the Procurement function and will report to SH - Procurement Excellence.
The purpose of your role will be
To simplify the way of functional activities/process and to automate to improve the overall efficiency.
To execute process efficiency enhancement project (IT Automation Projects), to increase the overall employee productivity, Transparency, accuracy, controls & retrievability.
To execute Standard operating procedures (SOPs) implementation & ensuring compliance
To publish MIS/Dashboard on all Procurement key matrix on monthly basis.
To achieve seamless business objectives & projects as per KRA
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
\xc2\xb7 Simplification of the process & scope via identification, elimination, digitization & automation.
\xc2\xb7 Business Data Analysis for multiple IT based Automation projects as per business requirement.
\xc2\xb7 System Hygiene & Stabilization
\xc2\xb7 Extraction & evaluation of the data from SAP, BI etc. as per business requirement.
\xc2\xb7 To publish MIS/Dashboard to all key stakeholders on monthly & quarterly basis.
\xc2\xb7 To prepare SOPs to define/simplify the business process requirements with the need to achieve the overall functional goals.
\xc2\xb7 To facilitate the surveillance audit for compliance of IMS (Quality, OHSAS EMS) & EnMS Certification Preparation)
A Day in the life

• Timely (within 2 weeks) closure of the audit finding on SOPs and IMS audit (if any)
• Focussed cross department (Procurement) team working for a single organizational requirement
• To identify the challenge where to play the role of a leader, organiser, motivator, or problem solver
• Managing/Facilitating External Audit & Auditors (IMS, Statutory, Regulatory etc.)
• Conceptualizing/Brainstorming and building the new/future process (including controls)-IT based solutions (Team activity).

Academic Qualification & Experience

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / IT / Computer Science /Automobile etc.)
• Minimum 5+Yrs in any supply chain based manufacturing organisation (Preferred in Automotive Industry/ IT Industry/ Automation)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Strong Knowledge of SAP MM ERP
• Ability to source and analyse data to drive business strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowhow of IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.
• Eager to Learn & perform and maintain positive attitude
• MS Office (Excel / Word / PPT), MS Project.
