Assists in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed clients





Key Responsibilities


Manage a portfolio of

non-listed client companies

by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services; Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements; Maintain good relationship with client; Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients; Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team; Supervise and review subordinates' work; Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.




Key Requirements


Degree holder; member of ICSI 0-1 years of Post qualification-relevant experience Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage; Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage; Excellent command of both spoken and written English
