As we expand, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals who are confident communicators and eager to earn through performance-based incentives.Job Type:-Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)-- Work-from-home / Hybrid / On-field (Based on requirement)- Flexible working hours (target-based)Role Overview:The Lead Generation Executive - Freelance will be responsible for -identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential real estate leads- via calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and local promotion efforts. You'll act as the first point of contact and help convert interest into property site visits or virtual tours.Key Responsibilities:1. -Call and follow-up with potential leads- provided through campaigns or sourced manually.2. -Engage leads on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook groups, and local contacts-.3. -Share property listings, offers, and updates- using provided templates and brochures.4. -Fix appointments- for property visits or virtual meetings with the sales team.5. -Track and update lead status- in a Google Sheet or CRM.6. -Promote listings- in relevant real estate, rental, or investment WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook groups7. -Coordinate with us- when visits are confirmed.Skills & Qualifications:- Good verbal communication (Hindi/English/Marathi - any preferred)- Confident on phone and messaging apps- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus- Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn- Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented- Own smartphone, internet connection, and basic digital literacyCompensation Structure: (Commission-Only)- Qualified Lead Generated- - Site Visit / Virtual Tour Scheduled-- Commission paid based on output.- Performance-based bonuses available.Expected Effort:- Minimum 4-5 hours per day (flexible hours)Why Join Us?- Work at your convenience- Great for individuals looking to build a career in real estate (ref:updazz.com)
