:

Responsible for sales and marketing for Hazira Terminal. Jurisdictional area shall be Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Silvasa, Daman and Ankleshwar/ Bharuch

  • KAM functions - Customer Acquisition & Customer Sourcing.
  • CRM Updation - Daily activity & customer Contracts to be updated in CRM.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Replying to each & every communication of the customers whether by email or call within the time as agreed (KPI).
  • Responsible for advising Customer Service daily on customers queries, resolution time taken for resolution, sales queries & communication & help in developing analytic matrix of customer satisfaction.
  • Collections- Keep track of customers dues and ensure timely realizations.
  • Cargoes-Registration of Customers on Cargoes portal.
  • ISS- Mining Opportunities for all DPW services
  • Market Study -Reporting of Market developments.
  • Effectively create, enhance & promote brand image of KRIL & the Group.
  • Update department head/CEO daily on potential markets & status of achievement.
  • Team player within own function & all other departments viz: Operations, Finance, HR, Transport, maintenance, documentation etc.
  • By creating synergies with operations, achieve best financial & reputational benefit for the organization.
  • Any other responsibility management deems necessary to handover.
