Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

: Manage end-to-end implementation of field and digital projects, ensuring timely updates and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, finance, and customer success) to support seamless execution.

Data Management

: Extract, clean, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making using tools like Excel and dashboards.

Payment Tracking

: Maintain trackers and follow up on payments from clients, vendors, and field partners; ensure documentation and approvals.

Strategic Initiatives

: Support research, documentation, and partnership building for emerging business opportunities.

Communicating with stakeholders

: Communicate effectively with vendors and clients to ensure timely data and updates delivery catering to a smooth relationship management

Campaign Development & Execution:

Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations tailored to rural markets. Lead the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion. Drive collaboration with stakeholders and utilize internal processes to ensure smooth execution. Enhance product awareness, consideration, and differentiation in alignment with the overall strategic marketing plan.

Market Trends & Strategy:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments. Devise and present innovative ideas and strategies to leverage these trends for marketing success.

Collaboration & Partnership:

Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, external agencies, clients and vendors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers, vendors, and community leaders to amplify brand impact.

Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results Highly skilled in data cleaning and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
