Role and Responsibilities As an Executive of Business Development, your main responsibilities will include: Working in collaboration with NGOs, organizations, community leaders, educational institutes, and government departments to reach out to students Counseling potential students during outreach and building and maintaining a good relationship with them Maintaining a database of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational qualification, profession, and annual income Creating a database of educational institutions in and around Mumbai and conducting campaigns to reach out to potential candidates Performing counseling and career guidance for interested students through outbound calls, meetings, and converting them into admissions Willingness to travel to adjoining districts for building prospective networks Addressing candidates\' queries related to the courses offered Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work done to the Project Manager Candidate Qualifications To be eligible for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of full-time experience, with at least 2 years in the Education sector or Vocational Training sector in a reputed organization in a similar position A graduate degree Required Skills The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional use of English Good IQ, a positive attitude, patience, and a presentable personality In-depth understanding of the Student Admission/Enrollment Process in the education sector Knowledge of Marathi and English languages Skills: community leaders,educational institutes,vocational training sector
