Generate and process invoices using ERP or billing software.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely packing and dispatch of orders.
Maintain records of dispatched goods, courier details, and delivery status.
Liaise with courier partners and transport agencies for tracking shipments.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GST and other applicable tax laws.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any billing queries.
Maintain inventory movement logs and update dispatch records in the system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing and dispatch metrics.
Address discrepancies or issues related to invoices or delivery.
Assist in stock audits and reconciliation of dispatch data with warehouse inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in billing and dispatch, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or Ayurvedic products.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (Tally, Marg, or similar).
Strong knowledge of GST invoicing and transport documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
