Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and review of contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions align with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives. Manage the execution and renewal of contracts, including tracking expiration dates, amendments, and extensions. Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, identify potential risks, and mitigate them by working with legal and other departments. Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts and related documentation, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders (legal, finance, procurement, etc.) and external partners to address contract-related queries. Review and process incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Address and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in collaboration with vendors, procurement, and finance departments. Generate reports on the status of contracts and invoices, including tracking payment schedules, and providing financial summaries to management. Utilize Advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Count if, HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation) for daily reporting and analysis. Download, clean, organize, and map data from multiple systems based on reporting requirements. Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding observations, discrepancies, and documentation. Maintain a comprehensive tracker of vendor responses and ensure timely updates. Monitor vendor payment agreements and prepare/maintain documentation for future reference. Manage multiple tasks and reporting assignments simultaneously. Deliver quality work within tight deadlines. Demonstrate strong team collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, and Vendor Coordination. Strong command of Advanced Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
