Position:Executive/Asst. Manager - Project

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage engineering projects involving mechanical and electrical systems for the injectable plant.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• System Design and Integration:
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, modify, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations and are suitable for injectable manufacturing.
• Installation and Commissioning:
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems within the injectable plant.
• Ensure that new systems are properly integrated with existing systems and processes.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, engineering change orders, and project reports.
• Prepare and present progress reports and compliance documentation to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve issues and ensure successful project execution.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance:
• Promote and enforce safety practices and environmental regulations within the plant.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all mechanical and electrical activities adhere to safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - BE/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
