As part of our passionate team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the travel industry, connecting with key players, and driving meaningful business results.Key Responsibilities :This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities, best suited for candidates with 2-3 years of sales experience looking to grow through hands-on fieldwork.Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads from both new and existing travel agents to grow Tirun's distribution network.Sales Execution : Implement sales strategies designed by the team, with a sharp focus on meeting individual targets.Agent Engagement : Build strong, trust-based relationships with travel agents through regular in-person interactions.On-Field Focus : This is a 100% on-ground role. You'll be actively visiting markets, meeting agents, driving conversions, and representing Tirun in face-to-face engagements.Market Feedback : Stay alert to industry activity and provide relevant market insights to internal teams to inform strategy and improve execution.Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth follow-ups and customer service.Skills & Qualifications:-2-3 years of experience in sales or field roles, preferably in travel, tourism, or h ospitality. - Excellent communication skills in English and confidence in handling face-to-face client interactions.- Self-driven, organized, and committed to delivering results.-Comfortable with daily market visits and extensive fieldwork. -Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.Why Join Tirun?
