Customer Support Executive Location : Indira Nagar, BangaloreJob Position : Travel Support Associate- US process- Only night shift- 6 days Off/ month on a rotational basis (1 week )- Immediate Joining preferred - Permanent WFH for women candidates.- Experience in International voice process is mandatoryResponsibilities : - Act as first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs- Use the company platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's requestEducation :- 2+ years of experience in BPO industry.- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize- Prior knowledge of Ticketing and reservations (ref:updazz.com)
