Recruitment, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and referrals
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
HR Operations
Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs, joining and exit formalities
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with company policies
Maintain HR MIS and generate regular reports
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
Actively address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
Support internal communication and employee feedback initiatives
Assist in building and maintaining a strong organizational culture
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
Relevant experience in Recruitment & HR Operations preferred
