Education Qualification:

MSW Graduate

Proficiency in local language -

Punjabi

Experience:

3-7 Years in the employee welfare job in a factory landscape. Prior experience in dealing with Union and have supported in signing at least one LTS

Main Purpose of Job:




Flawless execution of all welfare related activities for employees and ensuring facilities provided are up to the mark. Resolving any employee grievances and aiming for continuous improvements in the welfare processes and initiatives. Building the pro-active employee relations in the factory for the growth the business.

Key Outputs:




Building Pro-active Employee Relation in the factory

Shop floor greivance redressal management Front line supervisor capability improvement Discipline management in the shop floor Building positive work culture in the shop floor through performance management, skill building, recognitions etc.

Statutory Compliances

Filing of welfare returns as per the frequency Organizing various committee meeting & records Handling Employee grievances related to employee welfare facilities Handling NATS/Boat and NAPs for the factory and ensuring compliance to the rule/law To maintain the iComply portal, IACL, Control Manager Maintaining all statutory registers and forms.


Employee Welfare Amenities Administration

Distribution of Uniforms, Safety Shoes, Infant Feed as per the Company Policy Canteen administration, committee management & handling employee grievances & handling various food safety audits. Employee Social Block management, Hygiene management End to end Employee Transport facility management & Safe Travel policy execution. Management of records Budget & Control


Occupational Health Centre Management

Responsible for procurement for Medicines Budget control Ensure regular health check ups, vaccinations & health risk Management Maintenance of statutory reports. Ensuring annual medical reports and vaccinations are timely completed and documents for all employees- BC+WC Managing OHC related concerns Assist FMO in executing various health and wellbeing initiatives in the factory.


Travel & Guest House

Maintenance of Factory Vehicles, Companys transport facility for employees Maintenance and upkeep of the Guest House, Trainee Hostels Maintenance and upkeep of the Creche.


Employee Engagement activity Management

Planning & Execution of all major visits, Family Functions, Get togethers etc. Planning and organising annual mega events like Sports activities, Summer camps, family day etc. Celebrating pre-decided festivals & national holidays for the year.

Technical / Functional




Understanding of the employee welfare process and Manufacturing Process.

Understanding of handling employee grievances, multiple Unions, various stakeholders
