Inventory -

• Proper maintaining of Inventory as per WMS
• Daily Inventory Audit and follow Stock take schedule
• DC System hygiene on regular intervals
• Maintaining Risk Inventory under control.
• Data analysis and forecasting: Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods
• Analytical mind: Analytical mind with strong mathematics skills
• Organization and planning: Excellent organization and planning skills
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and employees
• Attention to detail to pay close attention to all aspects of the inventory process
• Negotiation: Ability to suggest solutions or revisions to agreements
• Ensure compliance with all related policies and guidelines
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
• Manage daily activity update, stock movement, stock accuracy, cycle count, space optimization
• Learn to troubleshoot supply chain issues
• Analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
• Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Expert understanding on Material types & classification as per cost & movement.
• Reconcile Incoming material docs GRN with putaway & pick list with daily dispatches list.
• Monthly reconciliation with vendors for Incoming material and with dealers on outbound material

MIS-

• Proper maintaining of DC Mis from Inbound to Outbound
• Productivity Monitoring for each department
• SLA Monitoring of DC formats
• Petty Cash maintenance at DC level and proper system entry.
