Job Title - Warehouse Operations Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification -

Minimum Graduation, Education in Logistics/Supply Chain Management /warehouse management

Location -

Bhiwandi

Experience

- 4 to 6 yrs

Working days -

Monday to Saturday

Work timings -

9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Job Responsibilities -

Overseeing loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse. Managing inward (receipt) of raw materials, finished goods, and facade hardware items, and updating inventory records. Handling outward operations, ensuring timely and accurate finished goods dispatch as per schedule. Receipt of Raw Material, finished goods and facade hardware items and make inventory. Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity Monitoring inventory levels and initiating action when inventory levels become too low or high Ensuring that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse. Planning the daily activities to achieve the target as per planning. Able to do Finished Goods dispatches in a timely manner and according to schedule. Scheduling materials being transferred to and from warehouse Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. Maintaining various trackers in excel as per requirement

Desired Candidate -

Experience in warehouse management, logistics or 3PL Familiarity with warehouse management systems Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel Teamwork skills Safety and security awareness Must be able to handle labours Problem-solving abilities
