Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a systematic and safe manner.

Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and barcoding of clothing items and cartons

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.

Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and product accessibility.

prepare and share inventory reports, stock status, and aging reports with management.

Ensure proper documentation for all goods received and dispatched

Maintain records of damaged, returned, or defective goods.

Supervise warehouse assistants, pickers, and helpers.

Train warehouse staff on handling garments and inventory protocols.

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA / BBA / Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in the clothing or apparel industry. Strong knowledge of garment types, packing standards, and storage requirements. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Compensation :

Salary Rs. 23000 - 25000/-
