The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to work night shifts.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.- Understand and resolve client concerns related to products, services, or orders.- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.- Provide information, support, and troubleshooting as per process guidelines.- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.- Follow communication scripts and compliance procedures.- Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.Key Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent preferred).- Willingness to work based the Client.- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.- Prior experience in a voice-based BPO/US process is a plus (not mandatory).- (ref:updazz.com)
