We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Virtual Assistant on a Freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative projects and delivering effective, customized strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements. This role requires strong expertise across administrative solutions, along with the ability to work independently and provide high-quality results for international clients
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Motivate team members to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of performance.
Client Handling:
Serve as clients' primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client requirements, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Administrative Work:
Oversee administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.
Project Management:
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Key Skills:
Team Handling:
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire team members towards common goals.
Client Handling:
Proven track record of effectively managing client relationships, with demonstrated expertise in client retention, adeptly handling multiple clients concurrently, including international clientele.
Admin Work:
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in organizing tasks, managing documentation, managing multiple calendars and organizing meetings, Performing market research Creating presentations, Book travel and accommodations, bookkeeping, CRM, Admin work - Data entry, Data management, Maintaining customer records, and providing customer service, Lead generation, and all project-related activities based on clients requirements.
Project Management Tools:
Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to plan, track, and manage project activities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients as well as internal team members.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, develop solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Skills:
Effective leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire trust, delegate responsibilities, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager -Virtual Assistant or relevant role, working remotely and managing multiple international clients.
Bachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred
Familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent computer skills including comfort working with MS Office, Excel - Vlookup, and G Suite applications.
Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar), Experienced in Canva.
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

Job timings:
Between3 PM - 12 AM IST / 6 PM - 3 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
Salary:
200 - 250 INR/Hour
