Role Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of photo and video content across brand properties--products, communities, events, and podcasts. Must have an aesthetic-led approach, and willingness to travel pan-India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategise, ideate and develop mood boards for all shoots (product, campaign, lifestyle) Execute shoots using personal high-end equipment (mirrorless cameras preferred) Travel and coordinate with internal teams, influencers, and event managers Style and set up aesthetic shoots as per brand positioning Edit and produce final videos suitable for multiple platforms (short/long format) Integrate AI-based tools in post-production to enhance workflows Organize, store, and tag digital assets in a structured library Provide creative direction and planning for key visual campaigns Manage & maintain record of company equipment & studio

KRAs & KPIs:

Execution of minimum 6-8 shoots per month (planned & ad hoc) Turnaround time for editing: <72 hours post-shoot Asset quality and creative alignment with brand guidelines Equipment uptime and professional conduct during travel assignments

Software Proficiency:

Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Blender CapCut (Advanced) Lightroom, Photoshop (for post-processing) AI-based editing tools like Runway, Descript, etc. Google Drive/Dropbox for asset management
