Job description:
Oversee operation & maintenance of Boilers, HVAC, Water Systems (RO, DM, WFI), Compressed Air, Chillers, and Cooling Towers
Ensure continuous and efficient supply of utilities (steam, water, air, chilled water, HVAC) as per production needs
Drive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs
Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance for boiler operations and utility systems
Lead inspections, audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Manage and guide the utility team for safe and efficient operations
Technical Skills:
Boiler operation, maintenance, and statutory compliance HVAC systems & cleanroom environmental controls WFI, RO, and DM water generation & distribution systems Compressed air, refrigeration, chillers, and cooling towers cGMP, GEP, safety & regulatory compliance in pharma Preventive/predictive maintenance & energy management Knowledge of PLC/SCADA utility monitoring systems
* Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
