Monitor

and follow up to avoid delays.
Handle
FTL vehicle planning
and basic freight negotiations.
Coordinate with
warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance teams
.
Prepare and share
daily MIS reports
for pickups, in-transit, and deliveries.
Verify
3PL freight bills
as per agreed rates.
Coordinate with
vendors, transporters, and insurance teams
for shortage, damage, or loss cases.
Arrange
reverse pickups / returns
when required.
Collect and upload
PODs
in the ERP system.
Basic knowledge of
SAP HANA / S4
will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
Basic understanding of
domestic transportation and vendor pickups
.
Knowledge of
B2B logistics flow
(vendor to warehouse/customer).
Working knowledge of
MS Excel and MS Office
.
Ability to manage
multiple shipments
in a fast-paced environment.
ERP exposure (SAP HANA / S4) is preferred but not mandatory.
