Job Description

Billing & Measurement

Prepare RA bills, interim bills, and final bills for solar EPC projects

Verify site measurements, drawings, and executed quantities against BOQ

Ensure billing is aligned with contract terms, technical specifications, and milestones

Coordinate with site engineers for timely and accurate measurement data

Contract & BOQ Management

Study and interpret contracts, BOQs, scope of work, and amendments

Track extra items, variations, and change orders and prepare supporting documents

Assist in rate analysis for non-BOQ and additional works

Client & Consultant Coordination

Submit bills to clients and follow up for certification and approvals

Address billing-related queries from clients, consultants, and auditors

Support joint measurements and reconciliation with client representatives

Cost Control & Reporting

Monitor project-wise billing vs. budget

Maintain billing registers, reconciliation statements, and MIS reports

Support commercial team in cash flow planning and revenue forecasting

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain proper billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents

Ensure compliance with GST, statutory, and contractual billing requirements

Assist in internal and external audits related to billing and commercial matters
