1, PURPOSE OF THE JOB:



Job Context:



To support the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns and by delivering maintenance. Also required to drive improvement across the site in terms of new machinery, hygiene, quality, and performance. Responsible for supervising and improving production at plants and factories. Support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols, report issues to the manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profit.

3, KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Accountabilities Scope of work



To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the production Implementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers.
+ Responsible for operation & maintenance of coding machines.
+ Responsibility for safety for Personnel, facilities & Equipment.
+ Direct responsibility to provide the raw-materials for production through store.
+ Indirect responsible for discipline for workforce.
+ Indirect responsibility to implement daily preventive maintenance schedule.
+ Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHK in their respective areas.
+ Responsible for daily tracking & calculation of Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage (Cap & Crown yields)
+ Responsible for shift wise production.
+ Responsible to control Glass Breakage.
+ Responsible for breakdown maintenance.
+ Responsible for calculate & minimise Filler downtime.Responsible for proper Manpower utilisation.
