Duties/Responsibilities:

Preparation of rosters Cab deployment Tracking and vendor management Transport Data Management & MIS Escort Security alignment Routing & cab utilization Billing and Payments Addressing cab users' concerns Attending ad hoc cab requests Cab EHS management

Skills, Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2-year relevant experience required from corporate companies in Employee Transportation Domain Strong analytical, writing and communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Required Skills/Abilities:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * To be aware of cab automation tools and their benefits
