A Transport Executive is responsible for maintaining the transport records, preparing MIS reports, preparing vouchers, submitting the invoices and keeping maintenance and diesel reports.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Maintaining records of Drivers
2. Ensure that all transportation equipment are well-maintained and in good working order and to keep its maintenance record.
3. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain necessary permits and licenses. RTO work related to all vehicles.
4. Keeping the record of bills from the transporters and making necessary payments
5. Submitting the invoices to the Principal
7. Preparing LGPS, BPCL and fast-tag reports
8. To Prepare E-way bill
9. To keep a check on Diesel Reports
10. Maintain transportation-related documentation
11. Connection for Sourcing of Drivers
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Petty Cash voucher checking and get it audited
2. Preparing reports of all vehicles
3. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise.
Education Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
Minimum 3 Years in Relevant Field

2.0 to 2.5 lakh per annum
