Executive Trainer
Job Description
About the job 1.Three or more years of experience in the QSR or Hospitality industry.
2.Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling
and make appropriate developmental recommendations
3.To prepare computer aided designing (Microsoft PowerPoint presentation), rehearse, internalise and conduct the training developed
4.Ability to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with different people at different levels
5.Possess strong motivation and passion in training and developing staff
6.Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees
7.A good team player with good leadership skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
