Job Description

Looking for a highly organized, articulate, and proactive professional to provide end-to-end executive support to the Vice Chairman. This role requires strong communication abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The position involves both strategic and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities


Manage all communication and documentation flowing through the Vice Chairman's office. Track action items and deliverables from various leadership and review meetings. Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain organized records. Manage the Vice Chairman's calendar, travel, and daily schedule efficiently. Prepare financial reports, analytics, and briefing documents for reviews. Draft speeches, write-ups, and presentations for events, conferences, and media interactions. Support high-level personal and professional engagements with utmost confidentiality. Assist in select official matters handled by the Vice Chairman's spouse.

Skills & Attributes Required


Excellent English communication skills--both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders and external partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good analytical and financial interpretation skills.

High integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion. Action-oriented, persuasive, and able to maintain poise under pressure.

Experience


Total 7-10 years of professional experience. At least 3-5 years supporting senior leaders (CEO/MD/CXO) in a reputed organization.
