Job Title: Executive - Operation Excellence

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence. As an Executive, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring the highest level of operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization. Lead and support continuous improvement projects to streamline operations and reduce costs. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with operational goals. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the Operation Excellence department. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully leading operational excellence initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. * Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies is a plus.
