Job Description

Adherence to work instructions for quality control Less than 2 Complaints related to product whose root cause testing during year of operation Conduct testing at the incoming, semi-finished, and finished stages as per the defined Standard Test Procedures (STP) and Work Instruction (WI). Record the results in the designated testing reports and formats. Prepare test reports for release and confirm product compliance based on testing standards and Product standards. Monitor the control process for non-conforming products. Report testing results and any discrepancies to the Production and Quality Manager in a timely manner. Maintain and monitor Testing lab equipment's, measuring and Monitoring devices required for testing. To interact with interfacing departments like RND, PED, Purchase, Manufacturing and production and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetitive failures and for overall improvement of quality. Submission of data to Associate Manager/Engineer QC for preparing data analysis reports regarding testing results and present during MRM for trend reporting. Maintain and monitor QMS with respect to QC procedures. Understand the job specific quality system procedures and processes as defined.
