Key Responsibilities:GeM Portal Handling:
Manage company profile on GeM portal - updates, catalog management, and compliance.
Search and respond to GeM bids, tenders, and Reverse Auctions.
Handle GeM order processing, documentation, and invoice submission.
Tendering Activities:
Identify relevant tenders through GeM, CPPP, E-procurement, and private portals.
Analyze tender documents, prepare checklists and compliance reports.
Prepare and submit technical and financial bids (online/offline).
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, accounts) for bid-related documentation.
Maintain tender documentation including EMD, Performance Guarantees, and Affidavits.
Coordination & Communication:
Communicate with government departments or tendering authorities for clarifications and follow-ups.
Track bid status and update management on the outcome.
Maintain an organized database of all tenders - submitted, won, lost, under review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate (Any discipline). Preference for BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc.
Experience:
2-5 years in tendering & GeM portal operations.
Skills:
Proficient in
GeM
,
CPPP
, and other e-procurement portals.
Strong knowledge of tender rules, documentation, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.

?20,000 to ?30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
