Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound tele-calling to generate leads for high-end residential projects.- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the property offerings.- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups.- Explain project features, pricing, and USPs confidently and professionally.- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings.- Handle post-sales support and resolve any queries or concerns.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably dealing in properties worth - 2 Crores or more.- Strong knowledge of luxury residential properties and market trends.- Excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.- Confident personality with a persuasive tone.- Experience in tele calling/tele sales/customer care in the real estate segment.- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and handling databases.
